Challenge

• Wanted to improve access to free period products across council-managed buildings.

• Created a design written in Cornish as an extension of their mission to keep it alive and inclusive.
• Installed DAME mini Dispensers in key washrooms across council sites, avoiding the need for drilling into council walls.
• Supported by comms materials highlighting the council’s Period Positive commitment and branding across all sites.

Results

• Increased access to period products for council staff and visitors.
• Positive feedback from users, particularly younger service users and frontline staff.
• Impactful social media story.
