Can I change my DAME workplace subscription?

Yes, your DAME subscription is fully flexible to meet your needs. You can increase order volumes, frequency, or skip deliveries in a few clicks using your account portal.

How will I be billed?

After your initial purchase, which includes a dispenser and two months’ worth of product, you’ll receive a notification before your subsequent refill shipments are sent. You’ll only be billed once the refills are dispatched — no surprises, and plenty of time to make changes if needed.

How much will this cost per year?

Some ask how long is a piece of string, we say use our handy calculator.

Are DAME dispensers drilled into the walls?

Not all! DAME dispensers come in 4 sizes, the 2 smaller size, mini (wall-mounted) and shelf top, do not need to be drilled. Handy if you don't own the building, or in spaces where the walls don't allow for screwing.

How long usually from placing the order does it take to receive the dispensers?

This depends on colour choice and design, but anything from 2 days to 3 weeks. We make our dispensers in the UK and ship all orders from our UK warehouse.

As the DAME dispensers are pre-filled, when do the monthly top-ups commence from?

Dispensers will arrive pre-filled with a first refill, and then the next refills will arrive in the cadence chosen (though this can easily be adjusted)

Should I arrange a subscription at the same time as purchasing a DAME dispenser?

Yes, we recommend doing so in order to qualify for free dispensers (1 pack of tampons and 1 pads per dispenser on subscription removed price of dispenser at checkout)
